Final scores are in after the Women's Pentathlon.... Our podium was almost as full as the Women's Polevault podium but in the end athsSTATS's Team, To Runners and Kyal's Team had to settle for 4th place on 135 points. Third place went to Ogreman's Team on 139 points and second to caoimhins's Team on 142 points but it is earleye's Team who is our 2026 World Indoor Field a Team Champion with 149 points! Big thanks to everyone for playing. See you outdoors!
What a day it's been! We've had five different leaders today, including joint leaders at one point. And it's not over yet: the men's shot put and the women's pentathlon are coming up tomorrow. Stay tuned!
Little bit of a shakeup at the top of the leaderboard after those slightly surprising results in the men's high jump. Big evening tonight with medals being decided in 5 of the 6 remaining events.
Bit of a shake-up on the Field-a-Team leaderboard after the women's SP and men's 60m. The To Runners are leading on 55 points with Shiv's Team and SlowerLowerWeaker just one point behind. The top 10 are separated by just 6 points.
Women's 60m, Men's and Women's 3000m, Men's High Jump and the Heptathlon to add tomorrow.
Scores have been updated after the women's shot put final.
Triple silver in the women's high jump means that there are 15 together at the top of the Field-a-Team leaderboard after 1/10 events!
A few athletes who were on the entries are not appearing on the startlists for tomorrow: Vashti Cunningham (HJ), Miné De Klerk (SP) and Karabo Letebele (60m). We've removed them from the system. Nobody had yet selected them in their team.

Field-a-Team: Toruń is now open! Get your entry in by Friday morning to be part of the fun!
Field-a-Team is TrackAthletes' fan engagement competition. The Toruń edition is now open and will run alongside the 2026 World Indoor Championships.
Unlike traditional prediction competitions, athletes in your team will score points simply by finishing in the top 6. Unlike traditional fantasy competitions, there are no restrictions on the total ‘value’ of athletes you can select.
The winner will be the player whose team has accumulated the most points. There will be no prizes, except for the honour of being a TrackAthletes Field-a-Team winner!
And don't forget to check out our main sites:
Overview
To take part in Field-a-Team: Toruń, simply predict the top 3 in ten events (men’s and women’s 60m, 3000m, multi events, shot put and high jump).
You can make unlimited changes to your team, right up until the final deadline (see below for details). Replacements will not be possible after the final deadline, even if athletes subsequently withdraw before the start of an event.
The winner of the competition will be the player whose team has accumulated the post points across the championships. There will be no prizes, except for the honour of winning.
Getting started
Use your TrackAthletes account to enter your team. This allows you to change your team, track your progress and view your final result. Accounts are free to set up, and the same account will give you access to the main TrackAthletes site. If you already have an account, you do not need to sign up for a new one.
Scoring
Your athletes have the potential to score points even if they don’t win a medal in Toruń.
For example, if your medal selection for the men’s 3000m is: Gold – Jackob Ingebrigtsen; Silver – Kenenisa Bekele; Bronze – Haile Gebreselassie, and Ingebrigtsen wins, Bekele finishes third and Gebreselassie finishes fifth, you would score 14 points (1 + 3 + 5 for Ingebrigtsen; 1 + 3 for Bekele and 1 for Gebreselassie).
This is a hypothetical example, since none of the above athletes will compete in Toruń.
Selecting your team
You will be presented with a list of entries for each of the events from which you can choose. We will attempt to remove withdrawn athletes and add announced replacements up to the closing date. These changes will be noted in the "live updates" section so keep on eye on this in case it impacts your team and you need to make changes.
We have included information on some key athletes (personal bests, previous medals; other achievements) to make it as easy as possible to select athletes that will at least be competitive.
Submitting and changing your team
Once you set up an account and start entering athletes, the system will store your most recent selections. You don't actually hit a 'save' or 'submit' button after selecting your athletes. This allows you to make unlimited changes to your team, right up until the final deadline.
Once the final deadline passes, your most recent selection will be locked in. This is the selection that will be scored.
Replacements will not be possible after the final deadline, even if athletes subsequently withdraw before the start of their event.
To make team changes, simply select a new athlete from the dropdown menu options under the team member you would like to change. This athlete will then replace the one you had previously selected.
Leaderboard
Every effort will be made to score the events and update the leaderboard after each event. The leaderboard will be displayed on the Field-a-Team dashboard.
At the end of Toruń 2026, the player whose ‘team’ has amassed the most points will be declared the winner.
In the event of a tie, the winner will be decided based on the player who has selected the most gold medallists. If players still can't be separated, we'll move to silver medallists, and then, if needed, to bronze.
Leagues
We've added the option to set up a league within the game so that you can play along with your friends, family or teammates. To set up a league, choose 'Leagues' from the header options, and create a new league (you will need to be logged into the system to set up a league). Then share the league name and joining code with those you'd like to join you in the league.
To join a league you've been invited to, simply choose the league you want to join and add the joining code that has been shared with you.
If you joined a league previously, you will already be part of that league. You can join more than one league.
Prizes
Entry into this contest is free, and there are no prizes, apart from the long-lasting pride of being named the winner.
Entry Deadline
The deadline for entries to be submitted 5 minutes before the start of the first event at the championship. This is 08:55 (GMT) on Friday 20 March 2026 (08:55 in Ireland, or 18:55 in Australian Eastern Standard Time). Please check how your own time zone differs from GMT to make sure you meet the entry deadline!

Tips on Selecting Athletes
Athletes are listed by season's best. All the competing athletes are listed. We've included some information on prior accomplishments of key competing athletes. However, these should only be used as a guide. Some medal contenders may not have a season's best, especially in the Heptathlon and Pentathlon, and the world rankings can be misleading, especially for the 60m (where 100m rankings are used), and the 3000m (where 5000m rankings are used).
